ARC-CSI Crash Conference DVDIncluded in Collision: Volume 3, Issue 1 is the 2008 CDR User's Conference CD. The 2008 CDR User's Conference was attended by more than 250 crash data retrieval experts from around the world. The conference featured industry experts spoke on various topics, most of which related directly to crash data retrieval. In addition, this year we a workshop that focused on demostrating and teaching a proper PCM download. The workshop gave both in-car downloads of the Ford PCM and bench-top downloads. All conference presentations were held at the Sheraton North Houston Hotel.
