Subscription Refund Policy
Collision Publishing LLC will refund the value of all undelivered pre-paid copies. If you make a mistake processing your payment, we will reverse the credit card charges immediately. Please examine your receipt carefully to ensure that you paid what you intended and notify us by phone (1.800.280.7940) IMMEDIATELY if there is a mistake.

If at any time you wish to cancel your subscription, your refund will be for the unused portion of that subscription. A refund payment will be prorated at the per-issue price paid in advance, based on the number of issues remaining on your subscription. All refunds will be mailed directly to your shipping address. We do not require a reason for cancellation or any advanced notice. We only ask that you notify us by phone or in writing to cancel (1.800.280.7940), and ask that you allow six weeks for refunds to clear our accounting department
